She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Stephenson and Louella Stephenson; and her brother Adrian Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lanham; her children, Aimee Lanham, Jason Lanham (Christie), Casey Lanham (Eve), Carrie Lanham (Josh), Courtney Lanham (Jon) and Corey Lanham (Jordan); her siblings, Krista Vandergriff, Tonya Neff (Greg) and Lloyd Stephenson, Jr. (Jeanne); and her aunt Betty Tuff. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
