It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerry Lee Kitts in Independence, Kentucky, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Kitts and Neva Kitts; his brother Jerry Kitts; and his grandson Sean Gideon. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kitts; his children, Cathy Gideon (Tony) and Keith Kitts; his siblings, Jack Kitts (Rhonda) and Melinda McBee (Bill); his grandsons, Matthew Kitts, Derek Kitts, Justin Cole, Cole Gideon and Evan Gideon; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Gideon, Julian Cole, Mia Cole, Mason Kitts and Carson Kitts.
Due to the current COVID-19 state restrictions, occupancy to will be limited to 60% of normal capacity while still enforcing 6 feet of social distancing. The wearing of face masks at the funeral home will also be required.
