He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lauri Watkins; his children, Richard Watkins (Mandy), Maggie Casey (Zach) and Gary McQueary; his brothers, Nathan Roy Watkins, Jr., Benny Watkins (Kari), Frankie Watkins (Teri), Gary Watkins (Brenda) and Albert Watkins (Leslie); his grandchildren, Riley, Connor and Adyson; his parents, Roy Watkins and Elizabeth Watkins; and his sisters, Dean and Jean. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home - Independence (11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
