He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Pennington; and his brothers, Tim and Gary Weinel. He is survived by: his father Kenneth E. Pennington; his siblings, Glenn and Lora Pennington; his sons, KennethDavid II (Tara) and Brandon Pennington (Lora); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Brody and Annabelle.
