It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lynn Roberts Spegal of Independence, Kentucky, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Roberts and Henrietta Roberts. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Wayne Spegal; and her children, Gary Wayne Spegal (Lana) and Julie Lynn Spegal. She is also survived by other friends and relatives.
