He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Looney; his children, Kathy Looney and Scott Looney; his grandchildren, Hailey Maxey (Donald), Noelle Bales and Stephanie Looney; his great grandchild Clair Bingham; and his father Tom Looney.
