It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn M. Kloeker of Independence, Kentucky, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Bracke; her husband John "Mouse" Kloeker; and her brother James Bracke. She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. (Darlene), Jude T. (Dianna), John V. (Natasha) and Angela L. Feldman (Gregory); her grandchildren, Heather Kloeker-Webster (Shawn), Joseph "Will" Kloeker, Amberly Mains (Timothy), Megan Egbers (Brandon), Nicole Clark (Chet), Joel Kloeker (DeeDee), SGT John "Ben" Kloeker, Jared Kloeker, Jordan Kloeker-Howard (Kris), Jihyun Kwon, Viktoria Kloeker and Alexander Feldman; her great grandchildren, Hailey Kloeker, Charlotte Kloeker-Howard, Sophia Kloeker-Howard, Jackson Egbers and Olivia Webster; her brother Philip Bracke (Jenny); and her sisters-in-law, Natalie "Pudgie" Gosney and Dorothy "Dot" Kloeker.
