It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Slone (Independence, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bradley Eversole; and his brother Joseph Eversole. He is survived by: his mother Melissa Gaylor; his children, Joseph Slone, Jazman Slone and Mikarah Slone; and his siblings, Robert Slone Jr. (Jessica), Derek Sands, Jonathan Moore, Angela Landers and Bridget Gaylor.
