He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Lydia and Albert Perkins Tyree; his grandparents, Edith Tyree Bowling and Horace Lyttle; and his cousin Matt Junior Combs.
He is survived by: his parents, Roy Combs and Wanda Combs (Lyttle); his children, Jared Cade Combs, Kalin Alyssa Combs and Allie Grace Combs; his siblings, Michelle Hill (Kerry) and Eric Combs; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Hill, Jacqueline Girmann, Nicholas Combs and Erica Combs; his great-nephew Luke Chase Hill; the mother of his children Darcey Combs Weaver; his aunt Ruth Waits (Jeff); his uncle Ken Bowling (Margie); and his pet Koda.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, face masks are required, social distancing is encouraged, and 60% capacity will be limited at the funeral home.
