She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Erbskorn and Helen Erbskorn (Bernath); her former husband Eugene Frank; her husband Kenneth Balzer; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Frank, Kevin Frank (Ann), Cheryl Siska (Jeff) and David Balzer (Rochelle); and her sister Carol Ames (Alva). She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to St Elizabeth Hospice or Donors choice.
