He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Smith and Frankie Mae; his son Adam Harvey; and his sister Charlotte Kerley. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harvey; his children, Curtis Harvey (Jessica), Ben Harvey (Emily) and Denise (Harvey); his siblings, C. L. Harvey, James Harvey, Lynn Maynor, Rick Maynor (Ginger), Jane Lloyd (Jack), Reta Maynor-Hernandez, Sandy Anderson (Lance) and Robin Hudson; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Cori, Eliza, Louise, Grace, Adam, Aubrey and Alivia.
