He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita "Nefer" Parr Mullins; his parents, Chester Mullins and Hazel Mullins; and his sister Margaret Mullins Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mullins and Diane Cook (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Brian Cook (Stacey) and Jessica Medina (Hector); his great grandchildren, Jessica, Alex, Joseph, Trey and Liliana; and his sibling Vivian Sander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
