He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kiskaden; his sons, Christopher "Chris" Niceley (Tina), Brian Niceley (Diana), Daniel "Danny" Niceley (Kristi) and Adam Byrd; his siblings, George Niceley (Kelly), Stanley Niceley, Pam Byrd, Kevin Niceley (Patty) and Boo Niceley (Kim); his siblings-in-law, Suzy (Tom), Annie, Connie (Don), Johnny, Tim, Doug (Char), Phil, Mary (Tom) and David; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Brian, Jaxon, Jalynn, Jessie, Zach, Caleb, Preston, Kiera, Mason, Megan (Nick) and Andrew; and his great grandchild Gage.
