Cooper (Independence, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Cooper and Fairy Cooper; and his brother Rayburn Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Cooper; his children, Brian Cooper (Cissy), Tara Higgins (Eric), Bradley Cooper (Missy) and Rebecca Henke; and his grandchildren, Daniel Cooper, Lily Cooper, Henry Cooper, Christian, Brittany and Jesse. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
