She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Thornton and Grace Schumacher Thornton; her siblings, Harry Thornton, Thelma Bennett, Audrey Gordon, Norma Costa, Myron Thornton, Jr., Rodford Thornton, Franklin Thornton and Clifford Thornton; and her former husband Jack Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Howard (Anita), Amy Lohmoeller (Bernie) and Valerie Speth (Chris); her grandchildren, Jennifer Howard, Anna Jones (Andy), David Speth (Adrian), Lucas Lohmoeller, Logan Lohmoeller, Molly Speth and Meghan Speth; and her great grandchildren, Keenelyn Jones and Jack Jones.
