It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Stratman of Independence, Kentucky, born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, who passed away on July 27, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon "Lee" Stratman and Colette [Fipps] Stratman; his siblings, Lee Stratman and Coletta Sharp; his brother-in-law Ed Sharp; his nephew Nick Sharp; and his pets, Lucy, Brandy, Abby and Izzy.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stratman; his daughter Sara Stratman; his siblings-in-law, Linda and Herb Hooks; his nieces, Angela Beard (Brandon) and Heather Meredith (Dennis); his great-nephews, Carter and Nathan; his nephew Jeff Sharp (Mary); his niece-in-law Kathy Sharp; his mother-in-law Carol Hooks; and his pets, Jack, Callie and Louie.
