He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Branstutter; and his grandson James Duncan Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Pearl Duncan (James), Frank Branstutter Jr. (Delene), Charles Branstutter (Traci) and Lawrence Branstutter (Jeri). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
