With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Millward (Independence, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on May 11, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Millward and Lillian Millward; and his siblings, Carol McCann and Thomas Millward. He is survived by: his friend Pam Millward; his daughters, Amanda Hils (Doug) and Jennifer Millward; his siblings, Marilyn Carr (Larry) and Michael Millward (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Nick Millward (Jessica), Matt Hils, David Krift, Janie Hils and Jacob Krift. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
