We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 66, David L. Hornbeck (Independence, Kentucky), born in Covington, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hornbeck and Laverne Hornbeck; and his brother Jeffrey L. Hornbeck. He is survived by: his son Jeff Hornbeck (Sarah); and his granddaughters, Isabella and Alison Hornbeck.
