He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Gatewood and Betty Utter; and his sisters, Joy Lucas and Pat Dierkes. He is survived by: his children, David Gatewood (Lisa) of Dry Ridge, KY and Belinda Gatewood of Hebron, KY; and his half-brother Lowry Price (Pamela) of Crittenden, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
