He is survived by: his parents, Trina Jo Cavins Stephens (Edgar Gudin'o) of Independence and Ernest Glen Stephens, Jr. (Baylee Gallenstein) of Boone County; his daughters, Maleeyiah Joe'ann Stephens of Independence and Isabella Kathleen Hicks of Alexandria; his sisters, Brittany Druscilla Stephens of Florence and Charity Star Stephens; his grandparents, Larry George Cavins (late Peggy) of Independence and Wanda Stephens; his aunts, Jamie Lynn Loveless (Ashley) of Erlanger and Shirley Jean Lay of Florence; his nieces and nephews, Jordan Stephens, Nevaeh Stephens, Tate Stephens and Harper Stephens; and his cousins, Matt Nichols, Yazmyn Loveless, Raelynn Johnson, Noah Johnson and Kingston Watson.
