He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Mahan Woods and Gerald Woods; his wife Linda Thompson Woods; his daughters, Jennifer Rains (Scott Rains, Jr.) and Jamie Woods; and his grandchildren, Sage Rains, Haven Rains and Brayden Woods. He was also cherished by several Nieces and Nephews.
