With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caryl Hood of Independence, Kentucky, born in Brown County, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Clyde and Sarah Frances Jones (Sanders); and her siblings, Donald Jones and Joyce Holton. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickey Honaker (David) and Sherrie Hester (Jack) of Independence, KY; her sisters, Kathryn Johnson (Ron) of Mt. Orab, OH, Marilyn Kirk (Richard) of Hamersville and Linda Knoche of Cincinnati; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jones of Hamersville and Bill Holton of Aberdeen. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
