He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Mertle Smith; and his siblings, Peggy Smith, Patsy Morrow (Milton), Judy Terry (Paul) and Taylor Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; and his children, Glenn Dewey Smith (Teresa), Deborah Smith, Michael Smith and Douglas Smith (Lisa). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
