He was predeceased by: his parent William Letcher. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Letcher; his children, Beth Lynn Hickey (Kevin) and Billy Ray Letcher II (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Connor Hickey, Alexis Hickey, Anna Hickey, Carly Letcher, Cara Letcher, Cayla Letcher and Billy Ray Letcher III. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Donations may be made to the Calvary Christian School, 5955 Taylor Mill Road, Covington, KY 41015 in memory of Billy Ray Letcher.
