With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Marie Cheek of Independence, Kentucky, who passed away on September 20, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Orb Cheek. She is survived by: her children, Lueada, Jim Cheek (Désirée), Becky Cheek, Don Cheek (Mary), Karen Elbert (Denny) and Anne Cheek; and her sister Ruth Moss. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Betty's name to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.
