He is survived by: his wife Peggy Powers Fowler; his daughters, Sheri Drake (Bob) and Lynda Schunder (Joseph); his grandchildren, Nicholas Drake (Megan) and Sydney Schunder; his great grandchildren, Lucas Drake and Landen Drake; and his siblings, Donald Fowler, Norma Fowler and Wanda Perry.

Memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church or St. Elizabeth Hospice.
