We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Arthur Bailey Jr. of Independence, Kentucky, born in Russell Springs, Kentucky. He was predeceased by: his wife Mable Bailey; his sister Frieda Ray of Michigan; and his parents, Christian Varney and Katie Varney. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Denise Varney of Independence, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Christian Varney of Independence, KY, Daniel Varney of Richmond, KY and Katie Varney of Independence, KY; his stepgreat-grandson Oliver; and also Sharon Weber (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 state restrictions we will be limiting our building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity while still enforcing 6 feet of social distancing and requiring the wearing of face masks. A Memorial Service will be held privately.
