She was predeceased by: her parents, Montgomery Payne and Dorothy [Bailey] Payne; her husband Charles E. Allen, Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Anteau, Kenneth Payne, Ward Payne, Grover Payne, Sadie Runnion and Azalea Crane.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" Allen (Lisa) and Jeffrey "Jeff" Allen (Annetta); her siblings, Shirley Case and Willadean Peake; her grandchildren, Meghan, Christina, Whitney, Catherine, Seth and Chandler; her stepgrandchildren, Ben and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Christian, Makail, Burney and Harrison; and her nephew Richard "Ricky" Peake.
