She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Gary" Duncan and Joan "Joanie" Ellen Phillips; her daughter Jazmine Faith Casey; her sister Brandi Fields; and her grandmothers, Gertrude Phillips and Wilma Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughter Amya Toni Eastman; her siblings, Benny Fields II (Brittany), Cieara Smith (Tyrone) and William Duncan Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Gabbi, Maria, Hayley, Alex, Sage, Tyrone and Liam. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
She had generosity unlike any other and was proud to be a registered organ donor; although she did not qualify for donation, she supported Network for Hope's purpose.
