He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Roger and Josephine Amos; and his friend Danny Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Crisp of Wooton, KY and Seaton "Buck" Crisp; his wife Patricia Amos Crisp; and his daughters, Lola Amanda Collett (Justin) of Asher, KY and Paige Lorraine Perry (Cody) of Corbin, KY.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Homes (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
