He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Turner and Martha Lewis Turner; and his siblings, Jim, Winfred, Hobert Turner, Gracie Lewis, Cinda Causey, Tilda Lewis, Mary Brumette and Donna Kaye Sizemore.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Turner of Hyden, KY.; his sons, Ronald Patrick "Pat" Turner (Karen) and Michael Turner (Melissa); his stepsons, Craig Ritchie and Roger Combs; his granddaughters, Akiela Turner, Madison Mikiela Turner and McKenna Grace Turner; and his adoptive daughter Addalynn Faith Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
