He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Lewis Asher of Hyden, KY and Ronnie Lewis of London, KY; his significant other Stephanie Jackson of Hyden, KY; his daughter Kristy Bridges (Brian); his aunt Helen Madden of Hyden, KY; his stepsons, Matthew and Sean Jackson; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Lewis of Hyden, KY, Francesca Lewis Ford, Kerns of Lexington, KY, Aaron Asher of Hyden, KY, Matthew Asher, Andrea of Stinnett, KY and Andrew Asher of Hyden, KY; and his sister-in-law Carol Joseph of Hyden, KY.
