He is survived by: his wife Polly Jane Hacker of Hyden; his daughters, Kandy Adams (Roger) and Tonya Asher (Hershel); his sisters, Kathy "Cap" Napier of Hyden and Joan Napier of Hyden; his cousin Pat Rice; his granddaughters, Ariana Begley, Josey, Alexia Asher and Josephine Hudson; his nieces and nephews, Jessie Harris, Rodney Osborne, Heydranne Whitehead, James Clinton Lewis, Lisa Lewis, Megan Joseph and Ashley Raye Napier; his great-nieces, Mariah Raye Napier, Olivia Hope Harris and Marissa Lewis; and his great-nephew Tate Harris. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
