He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Witt Washburn; his son John Paul Washburn; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Flora Hacker Washburn, Charles and Ethel Witt.
He is survived by: his father Paul Washburn of Hyden, KY; and his siblings, Lawrence Washburn (Melody) and Paula Washburn of Hyden, KY. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
