It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ruth Mattingly of Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Taylor Sizemore and Sally Asher Sizemore; her husband Bernard Mattingly; and her daughter Elsie. She is survived by: her children, Lincoln Mattingly of Hyden, KY., Wade Mattingly of Hyden, KY., Victor Mattingly of Hyden, KY., Norma Lowe (Jay), Sally Jones (Sherman) and Jackie Lowe of Hyden, KY.; her grandchildren, Jessica (Brandon), Douglas, Brian, Melissa, Trista (Jason), Amanda, Eric, Jennifer (James), Sheryl and Tori (Jacob); her son-in-law Gene Morgan; and her close friend Earl Lowe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
