She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Couch and Dallie Napier Couch (Robert "Bob" Horton); her son Jeffery Allen Mosley; her great grandchild Emma Caroline Pace; and her siblings, Jessie, Clarence, Van, James, Albert and Gaston "Frog" Couch.
She is survived by: her daughter Bridget Fleming (Douglas) of Hyden, KY; her brother Astor Couch (Carol) of Poquoson, VA; her grandchildren, Landon Allen Mosley, Amberly Dicey (Darrell), Brady Fleming (Sammie) and Felecia Mosley; her great grandchildren, Zao, Hadessa, Shade, Isaac, Emerson, Ian and Lukas; her nephew Marty Couch (Susie Gay); and her grandson-in-law Tommy Pace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
