She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Couch and Fannie Woods Couch; her husband James Andrew "Andy" Osborne; her son Charles Wayne Osborne; and her siblings, Elmer, Noah, A. B. Couch and Juanita Couch Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie Bowling (William "Hubby" Bowling), Schonia Hensley, Thelma Jean Barger and Minna Jean Osborne; her daughter-in-law Carol Hensley of Oneida, KY.; her sisters, Elonzia Couch of Bear Branch, KY. and Glenna Couch; and her grandchildren, Tonya, Phillip Wayne, Robin, William, Dustin, Valerie, Andrew, Andrea, James, Jonathon, Jordan, Jamie and Jason (Katie Feltner). She is also survived by great-grandchildren & 1 treasured great-great grandchild.
