He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffery Robert Kilbourne of Wooton, KY, David Kilbourne (Rebecca) of Avawam, KY, Christopher Kilbourne (Rebecca) of Bledsoe, James Callahan (Melinda) of Wooton, KY and Tracy Hamilton (Benny) of Wooton, KY; his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Tyler, Noah, Kaylin, Lakisha, Rylan and Sasha; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adalyn, Zayden, Audrey, Keeley, Serenity, Camdon, Landon and Kaesydon; and his close friend Ned Turner. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

His contribution to these Fire Departments was unmatched and recognized by many in the surrounding communities.
