She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Bentley and Lily Cohen Bentley; and her siblings, Lucille Asher, David Bentley and Molly Gertrude Bentley.
She is survived by: her husband Onzie Feltner of Hyden; her siblings, Billy Ray Bentley (Trina), Michael Bentley of Clay Co, Helen Gay (Jay), Virginia Jackson (Sid) and Sophia Combs (Donnie Lewis); her niece Haley Simpson; and her nephew Ryan Simpson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
