She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Lewis of Hyden, KY. and Joey Lewis (Norma); her siblings, Wade Feltner of Hyden, KY., Onzie Feltner (Margaret) and Rhoda Souder of Hyden, KY.; and her grandchildren, Eric Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Wayne Joseph, Tiffany Lewis, Heather Lewis, Kenny Ray Lewis and Travis Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
