She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Garrison and Martha Garrison; her husband James "Jim" Feltner; and her siblings, Afton, Dwight, Marcus and Dexie.
She is survived by: her son Mike Feltner of Hyden, KY; her grandchildren, Sharrie Reynolds and Kristin Morgan; her great grandchildren, Emma Wilson and Kadence Morgan; and her son Dean Sizemore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
