He is survived by: his son Dana Caldwell (Angelia) of Helton, Kentucky; his siblings, Hurlis Caldwell (Zita) of Bledsoe, Roger Caldwell (Karen) of Corbin, Kentucky, Francis Jackson (Charles) of Manchester and Pam Maggard (Wayne) of Wooton, Kentucky; and his granddaughter Kinsey Rae Caldwell.
