J., Karley Sebastian of Cleveland, OH, Jacob (Summer Sebastian), Jasmine Sebastian of Wooton, KY, Becky (David Shelton) and Nora (Jeremy Kyle). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
