He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mills and Christine Bingham Mills; his wife Marilyn Napier Mills; and his siblings, Helen Couch, Lily Mae Bundy, Carl, Parker and Eddie Mills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Melton (Ronnie) of Wooton, KY. and Cheryl Asher (Jeremy) of Hyden, KY.; his siblings, Eugene Mills (Cassie) of Saul, KY., Randall Mills (Bonnie) of London, KY. and Peggy Howard (Alonzo) of Hyden, KY.; his sister-in-law Joyce Mills of Manchester, KY.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Baker (Caleb), Leah Melton, Preston Spurlock, Dawson Sizemore and Carter Asher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
