He is survived by: his children, James Howard (Candi) of Campcreek, Johnathon Eugene Howard (Jordan) of Stinnett and Whitney Howard (Andrew) of Hyden; his siblings, Larry D. Howard (Deborah) of Hyden, Gerema Daugherty of Hyden, Stephanie Jackson of Hyden and Michelle Blaine of Torrance; and his grandchildren, Halley, Hagan, Landon, Rayleigh, Kenleigh Howard, Fallyn Baker, Devan Baker and Cassidy Feltner.
