He is survived by: his daughter Janice Collett Smith (Kenneth) of Roark, Kentucky; his siblings, Earnest Collett, Bobby Collett (Linda) of Springboro, Ohio, Emily Collett (Marcus) of Roark, Kentucky and Donna Collett (Donnie) of Roark, Kentucky.; his grandson Kenny F. Smith (Kim) of Roark, Kentucky.; his great grandchildren, Colin, Matthew and Reagan Smith; his uncle Tommy Collett of Richmond, KY; his aunt Wanda Sue Simpson of Covington, KY.; and his sons, Taylor Adams, James Bowling, Jr., Carl Brown and Roger Wolfe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, close friends.
