He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Collett of Hyden, KY; his stepdaughters, Marsha Brown (Dave) and Rebecca Joseph (Thomas) of Hazard, KY; his siblings, Ulysses Collett, Derrell Collett of Somerset, KY, Evon Traweek (Jeff), Veronica Heath (Matthew) and Ginger Heath (Ryan); and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Brown, Cody Hamblin, Charlie Hamblin, Daisy Ann Brown and Deliah Rose Brown.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home Chapel (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749).
