He was predeceased by: his siblings, Justus Farley, Morton Farley and Bertha Spurlock. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Caldwell Farley of London, KY; his daughter Trina Leria Shell (Travis) of Richmond, KY; his sister Laura Harmon of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchild Jaxson Conner Shell; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
