He is survived by: his sons, Randy Smith (Leslie) of East Bernstadt and Michael Smith (Becky) of Somerset; his siblings, Faye Napier of Lake City, Norma Shirley Simpson of Helton, Jacqueline Gilbert of Stinnett, Idella Hubbard (Glyn) and Ernest Smith (Ann) of London, KY.; his grandchildren, Kelly Pisauro (Joe) of Columbus, Daniel Smith (Sarah Elizabeth) of Nashville, TN., Ryan Smith (Porchia) of Somerset, KY., Sarah Smith (Jeremy) of Lebanon and Elizabeth Smith of Somerset, KY; and his great grandchild Rowan Pisauro.
